What You’ll Be Doing
As a Sales Manager, you’ll play a major role in the daily performance, culture, and development of the sales floor.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Coaching and developing sales professionals
- Creating urgency, energy, and accountability on the floor
- Working alongside the sales team to structure and close deals
- Driving appointments, follow-up, and pipeline activity
- Helping salespeople improve their process, communication, and closing ability
- Maximizing every customer and inventory opportunity
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience while maintaining profitability
- Recruiting, developing, and retaining strong people
- Leading by example and taking ownership of the team’s results
Who We’re Looking For
We’re interested in proven automotive Sales Managers, but we’re also open to exceptional Assistant Sales Managers and elite automotive sales professionals who are ready to take the next step into leadership.
