Position Overview
B3 Strategic Transformations (B3ST) is seeking a Senior Manager, Project Delivery & Business Development to support the continued growth of our healthcare consulting practice across Canada. This role combines senior project leadership with business development and strategic growth responsibilities. The successful candidate will provide oversight and guidance on furniture and equipment planning, procurement for healthcare redevelopment projects while helping to identify new opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and expand B3ST's presence within the healthcare sector.
Working closely with healthcare organizations, project teams, consultants, vendors, and industry partners, you will serve as both a trusted advisor and a key contributor to the long-term growth of the business. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of furniture and equipment planning, procurement, and activation services for healthcare redevelopment projects across Canada.
- Provide strategic oversight and guidance on project planning, governance, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and implementation activities.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and stakeholder communications while ensuring successful project outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare clients, architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate executive and stakeholder meetings, workshops, and engagement sessions to support project decision making and alignment.
- Mentor and support project managers and consultants, contributing to the development of project delivery standards, methodologies, and best practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare executives, redevelopment leaders, consultants, contractors, vendors, and industry partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within healthcare redevelopment, capital planning, and related sectors.
- Support proposal development, client presentations, interviews, and strategic growth initiatives.
- Represent B3ST at industry conferences, networking events, and professional associations, helping to strengthen the company's profile and market presence.
- Monitor healthcare infrastructure trends, redevelopment initiatives, and emerging opportunities to support business growth and service expansion.
- Contribute to organizational planning, recruitment, mentoring, and the continued development of a high performing, employee-owned consulting practice.
- Act as a trusted advisor and ambassador for B3ST, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and exceptional client service.
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience within healthcare redevelopment, healthcare operations, healthcare consulting, clinical planning, furniture and equipment planning, capital planning, or related fields.
- Demonstrated experience managing senior stakeholder relationships.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and business development skills.
- Experience leading complex projects involving multiple stakeholder groups.
- Ability to identify opportunities, build relationships, and support business growth initiatives.
- Valid driver's licence and ability to travel as required.
Preferred
- Clinical background in nursing, allied health, healthcare administration, or a related healthcare discipline.
- Experience working directly with hospitals, healthcare organizations, and healthcare leadership teams.
- Experience in furniture and equipment planning, procurement, implementation, activation, or clinical planning.
- Knowledge of healthcare capital project delivery models, including CM, DBB, DB, P3, DBFM, AFP, IPD, and Alliance delivery approaches.
- Degree or diploma in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, Architecture, Business or a related discipline.
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Health Executive (CHE), Lean Healthcare, or equivalent professional designation.
- Established network within the Ontario healthcare sector.
