Smith’s Pharmacy is a state-of-the-art compounding pharmacy in Toronto, Ontario established over 80 years ago. We specialize in preparation of customized formulations, such as sterile infusions, bio-identical hormones, pain management formulas, cosmeceutical preparation, and pediatric preparations. Smith’s Pharmacy is positioned to deliver customized compounds that will address unmet medical needs where no commercial product is otherwise available. The compounded pharmaceutical and nutraceutical preparations that Smith’s Pharmacy will deliver is based on the orders from healthcare practitioners and health institutions in which individual ingredients, pharmaceuticals, supplements, minerals, vitamins are mixed and customized together in the exact strength and dosage form requested. This method allows the Smith’s Pharmacy compounding pharmacists and pharmacy professionals to work with the healthcare professionals, hospitals, pharmacies, and practitioners to customize dosage forms to meet the patient’s specific needs.
