General Labourer - Food Processing
Our client operates a specialized meat processing facility focused on delivering high-quality, consistently prepared meat products.
We are currently looking for a Meat Processing Line Worker to ensure efficient and high-quality meat preparation, grilling, marinating, and packaging in a fast-paced production environment. This role involves working on a production line to grill, marinate, and package meat products.

Responsibilities
- Place meat on the grill conveyor in consistent rows for even grilling.
- Monitor meat as it cooks, ensuring proper grill marks and doneness.
- Flip and inspect meat to ensure it meets quality standards.
- Assist with returning any uncooked or returned pieces to the grill.
- Operate marinating equipment, including injection machines and tumblers.
- Weigh and record meat portions accurately for marinating and packaging.
- Monitor meat temperature during marinating and cooking processes.
- Inspect packaged meat for quality, including grill marks, size, and shape.
- Sort and package meat into boxes or baskets for distribution.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of food safety and quality control.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials.
- Basic math skills.
- No formal education required, but experience in food processing is an asset.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
