What You’ll Be Doing:
- Support and lead daily kitchen operations
- Execute and uphold high standards during service
- Train, mentor, and develop cooks
- Assist with ordering, inventory, and cost control
- Maintain organization, cleanliness, and food safety standards
- Take a leadership role in both prep and service
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a leadership role (Sous Chef or strong CDP ready to step up)
- Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High standards for food quality and consistency
- A positive, solutions-focused mindset
