Pacific Hair Loss Solutions has been helping clients in Vancouver regain confidence with premium non-surgical hair replacement since 2002. We specialize in custom human hair systems, wigs, toppers, and solutions for hair loss due to pattern baldness, alopecia, chemotherapy, and more. We’re a well-established, respected clinic located in the TD Building downtown.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Client Relations & Sales Specialist who is passionate about helping people and enjoys consultative sales. This is a varied, meaningful role with real impact on clients’ lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct private consultations and recommend personalized hair replacement solutions
- Drive new client acquisition through relationship-building and follow-up
- Provide excellent ongoing client care and support
- Assist with marketing initiatives, administration, and light team coordination
- Help maintain our high standard of client experience in the clinic
What We Offer:
- Base salary: $50,000 – $55,000 per year (depending on experience)
- 5% commission on new hairpiece and system sales
- $200 monthly conversion bonus (for 6+ new clients per month)
- Realistic first-year earnings: $58,000 – $70,000+ based on actual clinic data
- Extended health & dental benefits (50% employer paid after probation, 100% after 1 year)

What We’re Looking For:
- Strong sales and client relationship skills
- Experience in hair, beauty, wellness, or consultative sales is a big plus
- Professional, warm, organized, and genuinely client-focused

- Comfortable with both sales targets and day-to-day clinic tasks
