McKelvie's Restaurant is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Food Service Workers to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with food preparation, customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment while helping deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
- Assist with food preparation, serving, and order fulfillment
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen, dining, and service areas
- Restock food items, beverages, utensils, and supplies as needed
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and process transactions accurately
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
- Assist with opening, closing, and daily operational tasks
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient service
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests professionally
- Help maintain a safe, welcoming, and organized environment
Qualifications
- Previous food service, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Basic math and cash-handling abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
