Job Summary
We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented Cleaners to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide high-quality cleaning services for both residential and commercial clients, ensuring every space is clean, sanitized, and professionally maintained. Responsibilities
- Perform detailed cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, offices, floors, windows, and other designated spaces.
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize all surfaces to maintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation.
- Disinfect high-touch surfaces and follow proper sanitation procedures to promote a safe and healthy environment.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenish paper products, soap, and other supplies as needed.
- Empty garbage and recycling bins and dispose of waste according to company procedures.
- Use cleaning products, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently while following all safety guidelines.
- Follow company cleaning checklists and client-specific instructions to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
- Identify and report maintenance concerns, damages, or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good working condition and notify management when inventory needs to be replenished.
- Deliver friendly, professional customer service and represent the company positively while working in clients' homes and businesses.
- Arrive on time, work efficiently, and maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous professional residential or commercial cleaning experience is preferred; however, we are willing to train motivated candidates with a strong work ethic.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
- Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to complete tasks efficiently and meet scheduled timeframes.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a positive, professional attitude.
- Ability to safely use cleaning products, equipment, and tools while following company procedures.
- Physically capable of standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the workday.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills when interacting with clients and team members.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred, as travel between client locations may be required.
- Knowledge of Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) standards and safe handling of cleaning chemicals is an asset.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
