The Commercial Support Coordinator provides executive, administrative, and project coordination support in a close working relationship with Congebec's Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). Acting as a key liaison between internal and external stakeholders, they will support the execution and follow-through of commercial initiatives, customer engagements, and business improvement projects. This role helps facilitate communication, coordinate priorities and action items, and ensure commitments are effectively monitored and progressed. Success in this role requires initiative, sound judgment, attention to detail, and a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, correspondence, and other business documentation.
- Record meeting minutes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up on commitments and priorities.
- Coordinate customer meetings, communications, materials, and follow-up activities.
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of projects and continuous improvement initiatives, including CRM-related activities.
- Maintain organized customer, commercial, and project information, including digital filing systems and documentation.
- Serve as a key liaison between the Commercial team and internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide executive and administrative support to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), including calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting.
- Support the execution, coordination, and follow-through of commercial initiatives and business priorities.
- Facilitate communication and information sharing to support alignment and effective collaboration among stakeholders.
Education & Experience
- College diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in executive support, administrative coordination, sales support, project coordination, or a related role.
- Experience supporting senior leaders is considered an asset.
- Experience supporting projects, system implementations, or process improvement initiatives is considered an asset.
- Bilingual (French and English) is considered an asset.
