We are looking for a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate / Order Processor to join our team. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, and committed to ensuring orders are processed accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Pick and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Verify orders using the MobileSentrix app and warehouse systems.
- Scan and confirm products to ensure correct SKUs and quantities are picked.
- Pack, box, wrap, and prepare merchandise according to company procedures and shipping standards.
- Ensure orders are properly labelled and ready for carrier pickup.
- Assist with inventory handling, organization, and stock movement as required.
- Identify and report order, inventory, or product discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
- Work closely with other warehouse team members to meet daily order-processing and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
Required:
- Ability to work full-time.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move packages and merchandise weighing 10–100 lbs, with appropriate assistance/equipment where required.
- Comfortable using inventory, warehouse, or logistics software.
- Good physical stamina and manual dexterity.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to follow established processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Previous experience as a Warehouse Associate, Warehouse Worker, Picker/Packer, or Order Processor.
- Previous experience with order fulfillment, inventory management, shipping, or receiving.
- Experience using barcode scanners or warehouse management systems is an asset.
