We're currently seeking a charismatic, organized, and hospitality-driven Supervisor to help lead our front-of-house team and deliver exceptional guest experiences every day.

Your Role
As a Supervisor, you will be a key leader on the floor and an ambassador of the Radius culture.
Responsibilities include:
Leadership & Operations
- Acting as a key holder for the restaurant.
- Opening and closing the restaurant according to company standards.
- Cash management, reconciliations, and daily reporting to the senior leadership team.
- Providing leadership and oversight to the front-of-house team.
- Supporting staffing, coaching, performance, and shift execution.
- Ensuring operational excellence throughout every service.
Guest Experience
- Managing and executing steps of service in alignment with Radius standards and values.
- Guiding guests through exceptional dining experiences.
- Responding quickly and professionally to guest needs and concerns.
- Creating memorable moments that drive guest loyalty and community connection.
- Supporting reservations, guest flow, and overall dining room experience.
Service Excellence
- Serving tables and providing elevated hospitality.
- Bartending and delivering exceptional beverage experiences.
- Working collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless execution.
- Maintaining a strong presence on the floor during service.
- Supporting all areas of the operation when needed.
Communication & Accountability
- Reporting directly to the Front of House Manager and General Manager.
- Communicating effectively with all departments.
- Upholding company policies, standards, and culture.
- Driving performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25.0 – 40.0 per week

Education:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
Experience:
- Supervising: 3 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Smart Serve Certification (required)
