We are currently seeking an organized and motivated Operations/Shop Administrator to join our team. This position provides administrative support to both our operations and shop departments. Responsibilities includes assisting with employee onboarding, tracking training and certifications, monitoring logbooks, maintaining inventory and parts records, processing orders and shipments, coordinating bookings, and supporting daily office and shop operations.

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to operations and shop
- Assist employees in identifying and sourcing the correct parts and materials required for maintenance and repairs
- Maintain accurate inventory records, stock levels, and parts documentation
- Process purchase orders, shipments, and deliveries in a timely manner
- Assist with onboarding of new employees
- Monitor and track driver logbooks and compliance requirements
- Maintain employee and equipment records, ensuring documentation remains current and accurate
- Communicate effectively with employees, vendors, clients, and the general public
- Assist with scheduling, reporting, and various operational administrative tasks
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment while supporting daily shop and operational activities
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s Licence
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Friendly, professional, and courteous demeanor
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Experience with Motive, Workhub, ISN, Adobe Acrobat, Axon and Fullbay is considered an asset
- Knowledge of parts, inventory management, and shop operations is considered an asset
- Previous experience in an administrative, operations, shop, or parts-related role preferred
Hours of Work
Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
1-hour lunch break
15-minute breaks at 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
