Part-Time Salesperson – Enthusiast Auto Sales (Etobicoke)

Enthusiast Auto Sales is a small used car dealership that prides itself on hand-selected inventory, a deep passion for automobiles, and a drive to constantly grow. Operated by a true car enthusiast with a special love for European autos, we’re committed to providing excellent customer service and a superior buying experience.
About the Role
- Part-time/by appointment schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday (approx hours/must be available 10am-6pm)
- Commission-only pay structure
- OMVIC License mandatory (can be obtained upon hire)
- Full training provided
What We’re Looking For
- Must live in Etobicoke
- You must have flexible availability on Tues, Wed, Thurs, Saturday (generally day time, to take on appointments-last minute or arranged ahead of time)
- Honest, enthusiastic, and self-motivated
- Well-spoken, well-presented, excellent communicator
- Automotive knowledge required (sales experience not necessary – we will train)
- Diligent, dependable, and quick to learn
- Valid Ontario driver’s license in good standing (abstract required)
- Ability to drive manual transmission
- Criminal background check required
What You’ll Do
- Follow up on all leads from multiple sources
- Meet personal and team goals
- Prospect and promote new business through referrals and networks
- Provide an excellent customer experience from first contact through vehicle delivery
- Learn and demonstrate a strong knowledge of all vehicle models in stock
- Handle objections professionally and close deals with confidence
- Take responsibility for sales from start to finish, including delivery
- Care for dealership inventory and represent the business with pride
- Contribute to a growing, dynamic dealership environment
Qualifications
- Passion for cars and customer service
- Positive, “can-do” attitude with initiative to work independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Effective negotiation skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Must be responsible, driven, and enthusiastic every day
- High school diploma (minimum requirement)
