Event Staff – Claw Machine & Photo Booth Activation Crew (Part-Time/Casual)
Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and energetic Event Staff to join our Claw Machine & Activation Crew on a part-time or casual basis. This role involves engaging with event attendees, managing interactive activities, and creating a fun and memorable experience for guests. Ideal candidates are personable, reliable, and possess excellent communication skills to effectively promote our brand and ensure customer satisfaction. Must be 18+
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate claw machines and other interactive activity stations at various events.
- Engage with attendees, explain game rules, and encourage participation in a friendly manner.
- Demonstrate product features through live demos to attract and entertain guests.
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and maintaining equipment during events.
- Promote brand awareness through positive interactions and public speaking when necessary.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions and ensuring guests have a fun experience.
- Support marketing efforts by distributing promotional materials or engaging in product demos as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, marketing, sales, or customer service is a plus but not required.
- 18+ age required
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage the public confidently.
- Excellent public speaking skills to demonstrate products and interact effectively with guests.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as needed.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light equipment or promotional materials.
- A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and enthusiasm for creating engaging guest experiences.
- Optional: Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to communicate with diverse audiences is a plus, not required at all
