Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced polyurethane caulker to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying polyurethane to exterior reveals by swing stage and boom lift. This role requires attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Apply polyurethane caulking materials accurately along joints, seams, and surfaces to prevent water infiltration and enhance structural integrity
- Use hand tools such as caulk guns, trowels, and scrapers to prepare surfaces and apply sealants effectively.
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning and applying bond breaker tape.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and project specifications
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and maintain quality standards
- Maintain a clean work area and properly store tools and materials after use
Experience
- Proven experience as a polyurethane caulker or in a similar construction sealing role
- Strong knowledge of caulking techniques, hand tools, and construction practices
- Familiarity with safety procedures related to construction sites
- Prior experience working with polyurethane sealants is preferred
- <PERSON> experience or background is considered an asset
