We are seeking a reliable and experienced Owner Operator Mover to join our team. This role involves transporting and handling goods efficiently and safely while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in moving, and commercial driving, with the ability to manage heavy lifting .As an Owner Operator Mover, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth logistics and customer satisfaction during relocations and deliveries.
Duties
- Safely load, unload, and transport household or commercial items using appropriate moving equipment.
- Assist customers with their moving needs, providing professional and courteous service throughout the process.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to coordinate schedules and address any concerns.
- Perform heavy lifting tasks safely, adhering to all safety protocols to prevent injury or damage.
- Manage your own vehicle and equipment maintenance to ensure reliable operation during assignments.
- Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries, pickups, and inventory movements.
- Ensure all safety standards are met during loading, transportation, and unloading activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in moving, warehouse operations, or related fields.
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) preferred but not mandatory depending on the scope of work.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients and team members.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to manage your own vehicle as an owner operator.
- Prior experience in commercial driving is advantageous but not required; training will be provided if necessary. This position offers an opportunity for independent work while contributing to a dynamic team dedicated to quality service delivery.
Pay: $79.00-$209.00 per hour
