Job Type: Full-Time, In-Office (Monday–Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm)
Salary: Starting at $45,000 annually (negotiable based on experience)

Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated Inside Customer Service Representative to join our Mississauga office. In this fast-paced, customer-focused role, you’ll be the day-to-day point of contact for our customers — entering orders, preparing quotations, and working alongside our internal teams to keep customers happy and coming back.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter customer orders into our computer system accurately and promptly
- Provide outstanding service and support via phone and email
- Prepare quotations and perform timely follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction
- Help develop new business and strengthen existing customer relationships
- Work collaboratively within a high-energy, team-focused environment
Requirements
- Sales or phone experience required
- Proficient English communication skills; basic French would be an asset
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in everyday tasks
- Good computer and typing skills — you must be comfortable working in our computer systems, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Self-motivated, dependable, and consistently punctual
- Works well both as part of a team and independently
- Full-time, long-term-minded applicant
- Full job references required
- Must be bondable (no criminal record) — we are involved in international export and certain security rules apply
- Must provide proof of your Social Insurance Number before hire
Training
- Full product knowledge training, including fastener-specific coursework
- Hands-on time in our warehouse to get familiar with Fuller products and procedures
- Please note: mastery of fastener terminology and Fuller-specific categories is essential, and the long learning curve means we’re looking for long-term-minded people
