Experience:
- 3 -5 years line cook experience
- 1 year managment experience
Licence/Certification:
- Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managment and coaching of BOH personell.
- Problem solving skills.
- Expediting a busy restaurant passe.
- Work well in a team environment.
- Flexible availability (weekdays, weekends).
- Maintain a clean workstation.
- Effeciency and time managment.

- 8 hour shift
