About the Role
SageLink is hiring experienced Excavator Operators (Trackhoe Operators / Hoe Hands) to work on oil & gas drilling rigs across Alberta and British Columbia.

Key Responsibilities
- Operating CAT 320, CAT 312, and similar trackhoe excavators
- Excavating around active drilling rigs
- Performing daily equipment inspections and pre-trip checks
- Completing routine maintenance and reporting mechanical issues
- Using specialized attachments when required
- Working closely with drillers, lease coordinators, and rig crews
- Following all company, client, and regulatory safety requirements
- Traveling to remote work sites throughout Alberta and BC
Work Schedule & Compensation
- Competitive pay: $103,000–$132,000 per year
- 20 days on / 10 days off rotation

Education & Certifications:
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License
- First Aid
- Common Safety Orientation (CSO)
- H2S Alive
Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 1,500+ hours operating a track-hoe excavator
- Oil & gas drilling rig experience is preferred
- Experience working around heavy equipment and active job sites
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Experience operating CAT, John Deere, Hitachi, Komatsu, or similar excavators on drilling rigs, lease construction, earthworks, and heavy equipment projects is considered an asset.

Pay: $103,000.00-$132,000.00 per year
