Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Team Lead for Developmental Services to guide and support our dedicated team providing essential care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities. Duties
- Lead and supervise a team of developmental service professionals, ensuring effective coordination of care activities
- Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each client’s needs, preferences, and goals
- Oversee medication administration processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety protocols
- Monitor daily operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to optimize service delivery
- Support staff in managing challenging behaviors related to dementia or other cognitive impairments with evidence-based strategies
- Conduct regular staff training sessions on assisted living practices, senior care techniques, and regulatory compliance
- Foster a positive team environment that encourages professional growth, accountability, and teamwork
- Collaborate with families, healthcare providers, and community resources to enhance client support networks
Skills
- Proven experience in assisted living or nursing home environments with a focus on senior or dementia care
- Strong leadership skills with previous supervising experience in healthcare or social services settings
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, staff, and external partners
- Knowledge of medication administration protocols and safety standards
- Ability to manage budgets efficiently while maintaining high-quality care standards
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to developmental services and long-term care facilities

Pay: $75,606.90-$104,036.94 per year
