PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
Under the supervision of the SEO and Customer Acquisition Manager, will be responsible for the development, creation, monitoring and optimization of digital marketing campaigns on the various traditional media for La Vie en Rose and Bikini Village.
Set up media planning and integrate the acquisition strategy;
Contribute to the development of KPIs, strategies and customer acquisition campaigns;
Create, coordinate and manage customer acquisition strategies and campaigns on search engines and social media;
Optimize the content of campaigns to maximize their performance;
Contribute to planning between internal and external teams;
Research and analyze in collaboration with the SEO Specialist the keywords in order to target the best PPC strategies;
Create, analyze and correct texts and "text ads" while respecting referencing standards for advertising campaigns;
Analyze campaign performance and write analyzes and recommendations related to campaigns in order to improve ROI and ROAS;
Develop, implement and monitor acquisition programs;
Develop traffic acquisition strategies with internal teams;
Contribute to increasing the conversion rate and sales by implementing the various customer acquisition strategies;
Monitor online advertising marketing and analyze competitor websites to identify opportunities for improvement;
Collaborate and listen to and react to customer acquisition opportunities raised by other departments;
Create weekly and monthly reports showing efforts, impact on search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM) and social media performance;
Monitor, measure and track research metrics and analyze trends
Collaborate on various digital projects.
A bachelor's degree in marketing, e-commerce or equivalent concentration;
A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience is required in marketing and e-commerce, a minimum of 2 years on search engine optimization / marketing (SEM) projects;
Mastery of the implementation of SEM campaigns (AdWords, Facebook and Instagram, Bing, LinkedIn);
Bilingual, both orally and in writing;
Writing skills (an asset);
Knowledge of best practices in e-commerce, SEM and SEO;
Experience in retail and e-commerce (asset);
Attention to detail, sense of organization and priorities;
Ability to work under pressure in a constantly changing environment;
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
Ability to quickly find solutions to problems;
Creative spirit, sustained interest in the fashion world and in advertising copywriting (an asset);
Knowledge of the following tools: Google Analytics (360), Google Adwords (Search Ads 360), Facebook Ads and Analytics, Instagram, Bing, DV-DCM 360
Knowledge of the Epi-Server and HTML platform (an asset).
