About the Role:
We are looking for a Construction Labourer to work in the department where we are building wall panels for homes. Why choose us?
Key Responsibilities:
- Adherence to safety protocols, quality control, and workplace policies.
- Ensure required materials and supplies are available.
- Measure, cut, assemble, align and install various construction materials according to specification and standards.
- Read and understand blueprints and construction layouts.
- Maintain workplace safety standards and follow quality control procedures.
- Provide on-the-job training to others and participate in problem-solving initiatives.
- Handle general labor and cleanup duties.
- Work on a fast-paced production line.
Requirements:
- Skills with power, air, and hand tools.
- 1 year of experience with residential framing.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and able to follow direction well.
- Knowledge of imperial and metric measurement systems.
