Kitchen Manager responsibilities:
-Insure cleaning and Sanitization
-Inventory and ordering
-Training and monitoring the quality of work
-scheduling efficiently
-Gurantee organization of fridges and storages
-Leadership
-Gurantee the recipes are correctly executed
-Have discipline and be punctual
-Be able to work with other managers
-Covering the cook shift if and when is needed
-updating inventory and waste applications daily
If you have experience with advanced cooking techniques and ingredients and inventory management systems you are the right candidate for this job.
REQUIRMENTS
- Proven work experience as a Chef, Cook and manager
- Exceptional proven ability of management
- Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment (e.g. grillers and pasta makers)
- Outstanding communication skils
- Ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks
- Excellent time management abilities
- Good understanding of useful computer programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
- Be able to manage people to create vibrant and ethical work space

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Experience:
- Culinary: 4 years (preferred)
