What You’ll Do
As a Sales Representative, you will play an important role in helping customers find the right vehicle for their needs, lifestyle, and budget. You will create a welcoming and professional experience, build lasting relationships, and guide customers through one of the most exciting purchases they will make.
Key responsibilities include:
Engaging with customers in a friendly, confident, and professional manner
Presenting and demonstrating Mazda vehicles, features, benefits, and technology
Creating an exceptional customer experience from first contact to delivery
Building strong relationships through follow-up, communication, and trust
Developing strong Mazda product knowledge and brand expertise
Working closely with Sales Managers throughout the sales process
Introducing customers to the Financial Services Office and Service Department
Contributing to a positive, supportive, and goal-driven sales team
What You Can Expect
At Palladino Mazda, you will not be on your own. You will receive training on our sales process, dealership systems, products, and customer experience standards. You will learn how each department works together and how your role contributes to the success of the entire dealership.
You will also benefit from ongoing product training through Mazda, Palladino Auto Group resources, and experienced senior team members who are passionate about sharing their knowledge and helping others succeed.
This is a fast-paced and rewarding role, especially during peak seasons. Sales Representatives work five shifts per week, Monday to Saturday, including one scheduled late shift per week.

What We’re Looking For
High school diploma
OMVIC certification, or willingness to obtain certification, as required for vehicle salespersons in Ontario
Customer service experience
Sales experience is considered an asset
A positive, upbeat, and outgoing personality
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A motivated, goal-oriented mindset
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn, accept coaching, and apply feedback
Team-oriented attitude with a focus on individual and dealership success
