Children's Autism Services is looking for a detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our collaborative team.
Help support children with autism by managing key financial processes in a positive, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable/receivable in QuickBooks
- Process payments, deposits, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare journal entries and financial reports
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with invoicing, expense claims, and year-end audit support
- Perform other finance-related duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
- Accounting certificate is considered an asset
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles
- Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office 365
- Excellent organization, communication, and attention to detail
- Non-profit experience is an asset
