Key Responsibilities
- Data entry from technician timesheets
- Preparing and sending customer invoices
- Organizing supplier payables and tracking expenses
- Assisting with job tracking and workflow coordination
- Maintaining organized records and filing systems
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the shop
- General office administration duties
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Confident with computers and accounting/invoicing software
- Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in administration or bookkeeping preferred
- Marine industry knowledge is a bonus, but not essential
Pay: $20.00-$27.00 per hour
