Bross Mobile Mechanic Services is a busy Truck and Trailer specialty facility seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. We’re looking for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications
- Previous service writing experience
- Strong computer skills (QuickBooks experience an asset)
- Heavy-duty or truck and coach experience considered a strong asset
- Valid driver’s license and clean abstract
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
- French considered an asset, but not required
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with customers, other service writers and technicians to coordinate repairs
- Work well with others
- Create repair estimates and explain recommendations clearly
- Review service history to provide accurate maintenance suggestions
- Prepare work orders and convert them into billable invoices
- Order Parts, Create PO's, Receive Parts, and Enter Parts Bills
- Schedule and book service appointments efficiently
- Shuttle customers to and from repair facility
