Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Subprime Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire subprime financing process, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Work closely with sales teams to facilitate financing solutions tailored to customer needs
- Negotiate loan terms and conditions with customers and financial institutions to secure favorable agreements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership staff, lenders, and customers to promote trust and repeat business
- Analyze customer creditworthiness using financial data, including math-based assessments, to determine appropriate financing options
- Provide exceptional customer service by guiding clients through the financing process and addressing any concerns or questions
- Develop strategies to increase subprime loan volume while maintaining risk management standards
- Monitor market trends and adjust financing strategies accordingly to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Proven experience in financial services, particularly within dealership or automotive finance environments
- Strong dealership experience preferred, with an understanding of automotive sales processes and financing options
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining compliance standards
- Exceptional customer service skills to foster positive relationships and enhance client retention

Pay: $59,153.28-$173,883.00 per year
