About the Role:
As a concrete worker on our team, you’ll be hands-on every day, tackling a variety of tasks that keep the work fresh and rewarding. From forming and pouring footings and wall to custom floors, your workmanship will be key to each project’s quality and timeliness. Our joint success depends on dedication, professionalism, and a strong mindset for productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Form, place and finish concrete with precision and care.
- Form and pour footings, form and pour walls, form and pour custom floor systems.
- Operate equipment as needed to support the build.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Work a 40-44 hour week, weather permitting, primarily Monday through Friday
Who We Are Looking For:
- At least 5 years of experience in concrete work.
- Strong, well-rounded carpentry skills, including cutting and installing basic and custom forms.
- A positive, team-focused attitude and ability to follow and give instructions effectively.
- Outgoing leadership qualities with the ability to manage projects and teams independently is a strong asset.
- Holder of a valid driver’s license with a clean record and able to drive company trucks.
- Dependable, neat, and committed to stable, full-time employment.
Compensation and Expectations:
- Annual pay increase of 2% or more, guaranteed every year.
- Strong performance will be recognized with additional, periodic pay increases.
- We are seeking applicants with a reliable attendance record and a positive performance history in previous roles.
- Applications from laid-off union carpenters are respectfully declined.
- This role involves working at heights, so applicants should be comfortable and experienced in this type of work.
