We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant to the Director to join our Marketing, Enrolment, and Donor Relations team, a key role that helps keep our people, processes, and workplace running smoothly.
The Administrative Assistant provides administrative, budget, and project management support to ensure the efficient operation of the department. This role serves as a key liaison with internal and external stakeholders and handles confidential institutional and staff information with professionalism and discretion.
This position also supports project planning, SharePoint administration, reporting, and templated graphic design projects.
This position will require travel between Vermilion and Lloydminster campus.
