Mascot Brewery is opening a new space downtown at King and Simcoe and we are looking for a kitchen manager passionate about the food and beverage industry to join our team!
Mascot’s mission is to support a community-driven dining and drinking culture. Our approach is dictated by locality: locally-sourced ingredients from our province's top suppliers and purveyors; hand-crafted products showcasing our reverence for technical acuity; a vision reflected in every painstakingly perfected detail. We pay homage to these locally and ethically-sourced ingredients in our recipes, which are influenced by our culture but dictated by their origins. Our team is a dynamic group with a thirst for knowledge and desire of self-improvement.
