About the Role
This is a leadership role for someone who loves building people, driving results, and creating an incredible customer experience.
You'll be:
- Leading and growing a strong, positive team culture
- Driving sales through connection, referrals, and community engagement
- Coaching and developing your team to be confident and impactful
- Overseeing operations, merchandising, and overall store performance
- Bringing energy, accountability, and vision to the business
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has 3–5 years of retail management experience
- Knows how to lead, inspire, and motivate a team
- Is driven, organized, and customer-focused
- Loves working with people and building relationships
- Brings passion, curiosity, and a bit of fun to everything they do
