Salary Range: $24.85 - $31.07 per hour (Commensurate with experience and consistent with UHN Compensation Policy)
Status: Temporary Full-time (2 year contract)

This clinical research position is within the Cancer Rehabilitation and Survivorship Program at Princess Margaret Cancer Centre.
We are currently seeking a full-time Research Analyst I to manage the study tasks for a duration of 2 years. This position offers an exciting opportunity for an extremely organized, highly motivated, and hard-working individual with strong organizational skills who will enjoy the challenge of working independently and within an interdisciplinary research team. The Research Analyst will work under the general direction of the Principal Investigator and the Clinical Research Coordinator and tasks will involve assisting with the development and maintenance of the study database; subject recruitment and tracking; questionnaire administration and data collection.
The research takes place within a rapidly growing cancer survivorship research program. The salary for this position will be commensurate with experience and consistent with UHN compensation policy.
Qualifications:
At minimum, Bachelor’s degree or research-related Master's degree strongly preferred
At minimum, one (1) to three (3) years of related research experience preferred (e.g., study coordination experience; database design/set-up; data collection/management; questionnaire administration; data entry; literature searches, etc.)
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly motivated, with an ability to work well independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Previous experience using data management (e.g., Microsoft Office Access, Excel) and statistical analysis software (e.g., SAS or SPSS; SPSS preferred)
Previous experience working on grant and ethics applications required
Previous experience working in cancer-related research and/or with medically ill patients would be an asset
Vaccines (COVID and others) are a requirement of the job unless you have an exemption on a medical ground pursuant to the Ontario Human Rights Code.
