We’re looking for a reliable and motivated maintenance assistant to join our team!
This role will primarily focus on preparing residential suites for new residents and supporting maintenance operations across our three properties.
Responsibilities:
✅ Interior painting and touch-ups
✅ Drywall repair, patching, and finishing
✅ Unit turnover preparation
✅ General maintenance and repair tasks as needed
✅work across multiple residential properties
✅ Assisting with property upkeep and special projects

Qualifications:
