Blue Diamond Window Cleaning
We’re looking for someone dependable, practical, and hard-working. This role is for a person who can lead by example, stay organized on-site, and make good decisions throughout the day.
As a Lead Hand, you’ll work alongside the crew while helping guide the team, communicate with customers, check quality, and make sure the job is completed safely and properly. You don’t need to have everything figured out, but you do need to have common sense, a strong work ethic, and the ability to take responsibility.
This is a hands-on role. You’ll be outdoors, working on residential and commercial properties, and helping with services such as window cleaning, eavestrough cleaning, pressure washing, and other exterior cleaning work.
The right person for this role is someone who:
- Shows up on time and ready to work
- Has a valid driver’s licence and can drive confidently
- Can lead a small crew without needing constant supervision
- Takes pride in doing quality work
- Has strong common sense and problem-solving skills
- Communicates well with customers and team members
- Can stay calm and focused when plans change
- Understands the importance of safety on every job
- Is physically capable and comfortable working outdoors
- Sets a good example through attitude, effort, and accountability
As a Lead Hand, you’ll be expected to help keep the day moving. That means checking job details, making sure equipment is ready, supporting your crew, keeping the work area organized, and making sure customers are treated with respect.
We can train the technical skills, but we need someone who brings reliability, leadership, and pride in their work.

Experience:
- outside work: 1 year (preferred)
- Window cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
- pressure washing: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- G or G2 driver's licence (required)
- Working at Heights Certificate (preferred)
