Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Customer Service Representative (CSR) / office administrator to join our busy collision repair shop. This role is the first point of contact for our customers, so we need someone who can create a great experience from the moment they walk in or call.
The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a fast-paced front office while helping customers through the repair process.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in person and over the phone with professionalism and empathy
- Schedule estimates, repairs, and customer appointments
- Communicate with customers throughout the repair process
- Answer questions about repair timelines, insurance claims, and shop procedures
- Coordinate with estimators, technicians, and insurance partners to keep jobs moving
- Update customer files and maintain accurate records in the management system
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and follow-up communication
- Assist with billing, payments, and final delivery paperwork
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office
- Light banking
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience required
- Collision shop, auto body, automotive, or insurance experience preferred
- Strong phone and in-person communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stay calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn shop management software
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
