We are looking for a dependable Concrete Finisher to join our construction team in the Bow Valley. This role involves placing, finishing, and repairing concrete for a variety of residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate takes pride in producing quality work, works well as part of a team, and is committed to maintaining a safe and efficient job site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Place, level, and finish concrete using hand and power tools.
- Smooth and finish concrete surfaces to the required specifications.
- Install and remove concrete forms as needed.
- Assist with concrete pours, including screeding, floating, edging, and troweling.
- Repair and patch concrete surfaces when required.
- Work with other crew members to complete projects safely and on schedule.
- Keep the worksite clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate protective equipment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a concrete finisher is an asset.
- Knowledge of concrete placement and finishing techniques.
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Physically fit and able to perform demanding work, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to follow direction.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred).
Compensation:
- Hourly wage based on experience.
