Unlike most platforms, we offer full end-to-end investment capabilities: from AI modeling to trading strategies to order-to-execution logic. What we are looking for: The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering fundamentals with a deep interest in artificial intelligence and emerging technologies. In this role, you will help design, develop, and maintain innovative software solutions while contributing to the integration of AI-driven capabilities across our products and services.
This position will begin as a part-time engagement with a clear path to a full-time role.

Requirements:
- 10+ years of software engineering experience,.
- Strong foundation in software engineering principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, Go, or C++).
- Experience developing and deploying production-grade applications.
- Familiarity with AI/LLM technologies, APIs, automation frameworks, or machine learning workflows is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
