Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team. In addition to general labour duties, this role will assist with maintaining workplace health and safety protocols, conducting routine safety inspections, and helping ensure compliance with company safety policies.
The ideal candidate is organized, safety-conscious, and comfortable taking initiative to promote a safe work environment.
General Labour
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite.
- Support daily operations as directed by supervisors.
- Operate basic tools and equipment safely.
- Perform general maintenance and labour tasks.
Health & Safety Responsibilities
- Assist with safety meetings and toolbox talks.
- Report hazards, incidents, and near misses.
- Monitor PPE compliance and workplace housekeeping.
- Support compliance with applicable health and safety regulations.
Experience
- Previous general labour experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of workplace safety practices.
- Ability to identify and report hazards.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
