A day in the life of a Trailer, Marine and Tractor Salesperson:
You will share your experience, knowledge and passion with customers and help them find the right boat, trailer or tractor for their needs. You will be responsible for creating a seamless experience with guests to determine their needs, to provide all the necessary information, and to assist consumers in making an informed buying decision. You bring your passion to work with our customers and energize our sales.

Build lifetime relations with clients.
Ensure total customer satisfaction, remaining current on product information, helping to maintain floor presentation standards and following up with all prospects on a timely basis.
Input and management of required sales information into our Customer Relationship Management system.
Show and educate on boats, tractors and trailers for interested buyers as well as managing the ongoing and after sales client care.
Manage the client expectations and work with the client and company on price adjustments.
Process offers and the purchase process while ensuring all sales documents are completed.
Manage the entire sales process including haul outs, surveys and water tests.
Assist in closing the sale and handling of funds.
Manage inbound leads in the territory.
Participate in sales events and trade shows.
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
Excellent organization, planning skills. Able to manage time effectively.
Oral and written communication skills with ability to build strong relationships.
During seasonal sales events, it is important to be available to work several weekends and some later evenings.
The ability to problem-solve and interpret sales performance.
Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies.
Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
A valid driver's license and boat operator's card.
Minimum of 3 years’ sales experience preferred.
Experience in Marine Sales an asset.
Able to share your passion for fishing and boating with the consumer and match their needs with a suitable product.
