  • Liaise, on behalf of our president, with underwriters, industry executives and clientele
  • Prepare appointment and meeting files
  • Respond to inquiries as needed
  • Document processing and co-ordination
  • Diligent follow up with clients’ to ensure an exceptional client experience
  • Maintaining the brokerage’s digital presence through social media and client communications
