Job Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Concrete Finisher to join our construction team in Mississauga, ON. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience in concrete finishing and be capable of delivering high-quality workmanship on residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Responsibilities
- Pour, level, smooth, and finish concrete surfaces using hand and power tools.
- Apply finishing techniques including troweling, edging, broom finishing, and joint cutting.
- Set forms, check grades, and ensure proper alignment before concrete placement.
- Repair and patch concrete surfaces as required.
- Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Maintain a clean and safe worksite while following all health and safety regulations.
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and other crew members to complete projects on schedule.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Concrete Finisher is required.
- Strong knowledge of concrete finishing methods and materials.
- Experience with residential, commercial, or industrial concrete projects.
- Ability to operate concrete finishing tools and equipment safely.
- Physically fit and able to perform heavy lifting and outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation are considered an asset.
