Position: Clinic Concierge
What You’ll Do:
- Be the face of the clinic — welcoming clients and managing the flow of the day
- Educate clients on premium skincare products and treatments
- Support retail sales and cash handling with precision
- Keep client records organized and sessions running smoothly
- Be the go-to problem solver — handling questions and concerns with care
- Collaborate with nurses, intake coordinators, and clinic managers
- Order supplies, manage shipments, and keep operations seamless
- Represent the Laserbody MD brand with professionalism and pride
What You Bring:
- A passion for customer service and wellness
- Sales savvy and strong organizational skills
- Ability to adapt, multi-task, and shine in a fast-paced environment

- The ability to work across our East Toronto Clinics, Pickering and Richmond Hill
