We are partnering with a well-established mid-sized professional services firm in Vancouver to hire a Senior Administrator & Human Resources professional. This is a hands-on, high-impact role combining office operations (majority) with standalone Human Resources responsibilities.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and brings a strong balance of administrative expertise and people-focused HR support.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Operations (Primary Focus)
Provide day-to-day administrative support to senior leadership
Draft and coordinate client proposals, contracts, and change orders
Track and maintain corporate licences, insurance, and professional requirements
Oversee document management (physical and digital record-keeping)
Manage vendor relationships (office equipment, IT coordination, etc.)
Prepare reports, conduct research, and support business initiatives
Coordinate promotional materials with external vendors
Provide coverage for reception when needed
Human Resources Responsibilities (Standalone Function)
Manage full-cycle recruitment coordination and onboarding
Maintain employee records and administer HR policies/programs
Support performance reviews, salary reviews, and employee relations matters
Administer benefits and support employee lifecycle activities (on/offboarding)
Assist with training initiatives and internal HR processes
Leadership & Office Coordination
Provide regular updates to senior leadership on office operations and HR matters
Support internal meetings, including agenda preparation and meeting minutes
Oversee and support junior administrative functions (including reception)
Plan and coordinate internal events and team initiatives
