We have strong mentorship and put a real emphasis on collaborative coding. As a new team member, your coworkers won’t consider you an intern. They’ll consider you a colleague. Everyone at Jonar starts out with a 3-month internship. But don’t let that discourage you. This isn’t just something that we say and don’t do. We are absolutely looking for people who can graduate from the internship program and join our team in a more long-term capacity. We’re a growing company and we’re growing fast. As a junior, you’ll be paid like a junior, but as you progress your compensation can accelerate quickly.
