We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation of various products and systems, ensuring that all installations meet quality standards and customer satisfaction. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently and collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Perform installations of products according to specifications and company guidelines.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are in good working condition before use.
- Collaborate with team members to assess project requirements and timelines.
- Troubleshoot installation issues and provide solutions promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations during all installation processes.
Requirements
- - Install printed vinyl graphics and signage at client and venue locations
- - Handle tools, materials, and transport items to installation sites
- - Apply large-format vinyl (floors, walls, windows, etc.) with precision
- - Assist with take-down and vinyl removal after events
- - Occasionally support material prep at our Caledonia workshop
Additional Requirements:
- Comfortable on ladders or lifts as needed
- - Physically able to lift and move materials (up to 50 lbs)
- - Attention to detail and strong visual alignment skills
- - Dependable, punctual, and professional
- - Previous installation or vinyl wrap experience is an asset
- - Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation preferred

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
