This entry level management position reports to the Director of Operations. You will be responsible for overseeing 3 food and beverage outlets including the execution of the Starbucks Experience for hotel guests and local customers. Working with the Starbucks team, you will be responding to and implementing ideas to address the Starbucks Customer Voice. In addition, the focus of this role will be to develop your skills in our food and beverage outlets which include a restaurant, bar & lounge and In-Room dining. You will be working as a team alongside another Assistant Food & Beverage Outlets Manager.
Requirements
Recent graduate or soon to graduate student of a recognized Hospitality Management or Food & Beverage Management program is required.
You must possess a minimum of 2 years’ service experience in a restaurant or full service hotel as a supervisor.
Knowledge and passion to learn about the hospitality industry.
Computer proficiency in POS, Micros, Microsoft office is required.
Strong communication and organization skills and the ability to lead and motivate a diverse workforce.
Must be willing to work long hours and varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
