We are looking for a talented Analyst, E-Commerce Shopping Experience to join our PCX Shopping Experience Team, which is responsible for the online store experience. You will be responsible for supporting the setup and maintenance of the online assortment, as well as driving sales through product content, promotions and online merchandising strategy.
In this role the Analyst, E-Commerce Shopping Experience will be responsible for supporting the online product content creation and enrichment process, by partnering with internal and external business partners to help lay the foundation for a best in class customer shopping experience by ensuring complete and accurate product information.
The successful candidate will be willing to work in an entrepreneurial environment and is comfortable working independently and remotely within a highly collaborative team.
Responsibilities Include :
Work with internal and external teams to source, prepare and update product information, ensuring it is accurate and complete
Optimize product details and descriptions for campaigns and promotions
Build dashboards and scorecards to track progress and impact of product content efforts in Excel and Looker
Help drive high impact, enterprise-wide projects and process improvement initiatives to improve data quality and collection of product content
Investigate and resolve product content issues with speed and identify opportunities to optimize in the future
Develop tools to deliver process efficiency and quality of enrichment
Ensure catalogue is well managed. Work collaboratively with Photography, Catalogue and within Merchandising team
On-site merchandising: Assist managers in optimizing navigation, search, category pages
Enrolled in a degree / program (e.g. Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Accounting, Science, Computer Science)
Strong knowledge and experience working with MS Excel to manipulate large datasets in order to cleanse, transform and integrate data
Strong analytical skills, including ability to perform impact analysis of enrichment initiatives on key merchandising metrics
Experience building and maintaining actionable reports, dashboards and scorecards to inform business decisions
Comfortable dealing with ambiguity. High degree of proactive “hands-on” critical thinking, mobilizing actions, seeing through to execution and beyond
Excellent organizational skills, with strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent problem solving skills and ability to multi task
Strong ability to work independently and within a team environment
Strong desire and a proven aptitude for continuous learning
Ability to self-organize multiple tasks well and to complete them on time with a clear focus on quantitative results
Customer focused mind-set that enables decision making to drive sales and profitability
Understanding of basic SQL concepts and experience writing queries for business analysis preferred
Solid understanding of retail metrics, merchandise planning, or financial planning is preferred
