Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:
As Director, DTC Planning & Allocations - NAM, you will lead the end-to-end Retail and eCommerce DTC planning strategy across North America, driving growth, profitability, inventory productivity, and customer experience. You will develop annual, seasonal, and long-range plans while overseeing inventory, sales, margin, and operational planning strategies across the product lifecycle. You will lead high-performing teams across Merchandise Financial Planning, Demand Planning, and Inventory Planning, while advancing planning transformation initiatives, automation, and o9 capabilities. Partnering cross-functionally with Merchandising, Retail Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Digital, and Regional Commercial leaders, you will translate business priorities into actionable strategies and data-driven decisions that support regional objectives and business growth.This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid remote work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.

You’ll join our regional planning and allocations team – the group responsible for planning and allocating product across every Direct-to-Consumer touchpoint in the region, spanning merchandise financial planning, demand planning, inventory planning, and allocations. Together, we make sure the right product reaches the right place at the right time, balancing growth, profitability, inventory productivity, and an exceptional guest experience across Retail and eCommerce.
