Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Crew Leader to oversee landscape maintenance projects and lead a team of workers for snow removal. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, a passion for outdoor work, and experience in supervising teams. This role is essential for ensuring that all landscaping tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the landscape maintenance crew. .
- Train team members on best practices for landscape maintenance.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or requests.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during operations.
Experience
- Proven experience in snow removal and driving truck and trailer.
- Strong supervisory skills with a track record of effective team leadership. .
- Required: Drivers License.
Brush/ Throwers/ Blower equipment experience. Will train the right candidate.
Work outside.
